How do I request a ride? Open the app, enter your destination, confirm your pickup location on the map, and select your preferred ride option. Tap "Request Ride" to be connected with a nearby driver.

How is my fare calculated? Fares are calculated based on the distance of the trip and the current demand for rides in your area. You will see an estimated fare before you confirm your ride request.

Can I change my destination once a trip has started? Yes, you can update your destination directly in the app during an active trip. The fare will be automatically recalculated based on the new route and distance.

I left an item in a vehicle. What should I do? The best way to retrieve a lost item is to contact your driver directly through the app's trip history. If you are unable to reach them, please contact our support team.
For Drivers

How do I start receiving ride requests? To start receiving requests, open the V1V Driver app and tap the "Go Online" button. You will be made available to nearby riders. Make sure your location services are enabled.

How and when do I get paid? Your earnings for the week are calculated and transferred to your registered bank account on a weekly basis. You can track your daily and weekly earnings in the "Earnings" section of the app.

What should I do if a rider cancels a trip? If a rider cancels after you have already started driving toward them, you may be eligible for a cancellation fee. This will be automatically calculated and added to your earnings.

I have an issue with a recent trip or payment. Please navigate to the "Trip History" in your app, select the trip in question, and tap "Help" to report the issue.
